My financial account is showing old name. I changed my profile name to "Sukhdev Patidar" but in notificaiton and email it is showing "Irradiant Sw". I want to change it to "Sukhdev Patidar".

In your profile, if you correct the name then it's okay. Then Upwork will deposit two small amounts in your given bank account information and Upwork will send you an email to verify those two deposit information once you verify your bank account using the two small deposits, your bank account will be updated to the name which is currently showing in your bank information.

Hi,
I have changed my profile name but when I added a payment method I got this notification:
Your payment method has been deactivated because the beneficiary name on your payment method does not match the name on your Upwork account.

Hi Goran. Yes, it has already been updated to my real name which is “Czarina Kristine Vasquez” so it should match my enrolled bank account. But the email says it was my old name “KC Vasquez” please change, it should be “Czarina Kristine Vasquez”

Hi Irina,
Your Upwork name needs to be your full legal name. Please keep in mind that you can only add a payment method that is issued on your name or if your name is listed as a beneficiary name. Thank you.

It looks like your Financial account name has been approved. Can you please complete the W-8BEN form in order to activate your payment method? You can use your own legal name as it appears in your passport or other official documents.
