Financial Account Change

My financial account is showing old name. I changed my profile name to "Sukhdev Patidar" but in notificaiton and email it is showing "Irradiant Sw". I want to change it to "Sukhdev Patidar".

Hi Nikola,

I have the same issue with an old name in financial account. I've change my name and added bangk account as my payment method, but I got an email from upwork with my old name. Could you help me please?

Dear UpWork team, I need your help.
I've already contacted the support team around five times regarding making changes to my financial account. I would say this experience is disgusting! The reason why I trying to make these changes is that my oficial name has changed due to objective reasons (and life curcumastances). Of course, I can prove that fact providing the government issued documents. I contacted support team asking to CHANGE MY NAME, they replies me saying that 'my payment method doesn't match my financial account name' and provided the link to go through the ID verification procedure. I uploaded my passport and bank statement. Then I again received an answer that my payment method still doesn't match my financial account name. WHAT?? What up with that? I received another one link. I did it again, this time I uploaded my ID card and another bank statement. Second time. Next day I received email from support with confirmation of ID verification of another person. Great! And next day I received an email from support that "my name doesn't match my payment method"... Again! This is ridiculous!
Now I deleted all of my payment methods (so as not to distract the staff) and upload my documents again. Please, guys, help! I need to change the name I provided when registered on Upwork.

We understand how you want your concern be addressed immediately. However, I took a closer look and confirmed that there's no beneficiary name mismatch issue that was raised. You payment method on file is active and ready for use. You may process a withdrawal and let us know if you're still having difficulties. If you can share a screenshot of the error from your end, that would be extremely helpful.

 Yes, the current payment method there is Payooner, and I don't want to use Payooner anymore. I want to add my bank account, which is far more convenient. Anytime I add my bank account, it says it doesn't match the name on my Upwork account. So, I tend to remove it. Now, I've added it again, and it says the same thing. 

 

Also, after adding my bank account, I do receive an email with my financial account name as."Jjoshua Oxborn" whilst my Upwork profile name is Toluwani Akinwande, and it's the same name I have on my ID after name modification was done a year ago.

 

I just want to change my upwork name, so everything will match. If it requires re-verification, then I'd gladly resubmit my ID.
