Financial transactions have been limited

Hi, this is Fadyah

 

A client, I'm trying to hire and pay my fee but I couldn't. However, I added a verified credit card even though still gives the same message ( Financial transactions have been limited). and I can't do any payments.

 

kindly, I need to solve the problem as soon as possible.
