Forgot email address of the Upwork account

Hi, I forgot the email address with which I created an upwork account earlier. I am now trying to create another account but the mobile number **Edited for Community Guidelines** is already in use and so account cannot be created. 

Please let me know the email address of my account associated with my mobile number or let me use my mobile number with the new account created with**Edited for Community Guidelines**

Please know that freelancers are not allowed to have more than one account on Upwork, regardless of the old account being closed, or suspended. Having multiple freelancer accounts is a serious violation of the Upwork Terms of Service.
