Hey there! I signed up to the Freelancer Plus last March 31 but the benefits it's still not showing. It's beyond 48 hours.

Hi Moderator Annie Jane B - csn you tell me I have bought freelancer plus membership 24 hours has been spent out but still badge is not visible.
other benefits ate enabled but badge is not visible.

he/she must have to wait 24-48 hours of response?
if yes it will be worse services for those who pay to upwork.

As you can imagine, the response time of our support team varies depending on the volume of requests we are receiving and tickets are responded to in the order they are received.
24-48 hours is the recommended time frame but please know that this changes, and it may take less or more time.
