Getting a Hold of Upwork Support

I am having issues with my profile showing my latest job reviews and history (it just isn't showing up), and I have tried contacting support but can't get a hold of anyone. I submitted a ticket a few days ago, and no one ever replied to it. I went back to check on the ticket, and it has been removed. So my question is, how do you get a hold of someone on here to get some help?

Hi Kyle,

I believe that you're referring to your profile visibility being set to private, yes? If that's the case, can you please go to Profile Settings and attempt updating it on your end? Please let us know the outcome so we can assist you further.
