I am not able to log in into my other account cause when I go and try I receive this error message when I have already used my account and posted jobs "You have not activated the Google sign in method for this account. Please choose another sign in method for this email address."

I am unable to log in into my upwork account so am contacting the upwork community for help. I used to freelance on upwork and after a long gap I wanted to log back in, but am not able to. I would like a upwork representive to help me in this regards. When i log into my account with the correct details, it asks for google log in and after i complete the google log in procedure. it shows an error as linked below:

I have tried to the extent of having to create a new account on upwork.
It will not let me use google login nor the google email I used either with the passsword I eventually managed to update.
I have now created a new account with a different email, but the people who have submitted there job cv's I'm now unable to communicate with or select someone to do the work I have set out.
Is it possible to transfer the details to this account

This is a secondary account.
Issue: I cannot login my main account. Login with my email but it says " This email address uses Google Sign-In." After trying to login with Google Sign-In, I get the following message "You have not activated the Google sign in method for this account. Please choose another sign in method for this email address."
Summary: Need Help - cannot log into my main account on Upwork.
After looking on the forums - I need a mod to contact me.

Please be reminded that users are only allowed to have one account and having multiple accounts is a violation of Upwork's TOS. Update: It has been 20 days now and no one on the support team has contacted me regarding my issue. I have opened a issue ticket while it states that they will reply within 24-48 hours. I have been waiting weeks for a reply and nothing has happened at this time.
Can someone at Upwork contact me? I have not heard back from Arjay

I checked and can confirm that our team did reach out to you directly to the email address that you are having trouble with, back in September. Could you please check your inbox from that date and also your junk/spam folder in case the email was sent there?

i can't access my original account as when i want to login in it takes me to google but im not using google as im on microsoft and after i put in my email it takes me to google page and google can't recognise my account cause its for microsoft but why is upwork taking me to google page ?

Each time I try to log in to my originally created account it says 'you have not activated the Google sign in method for this account. Please choose another sing in method for this email address.'
Then if I choose another sign in method it takes me back to 'continue with google' becuase it is a gmail account. I have created this account to contact you because I was unable to do so when I wasn't logged in. Could you please let me know how I get this sorted to log into my original account.
