HElP! Account on hold for 7 days. Documents submitted for verification.

I was asked to verify my identity when trying to purchase connects after I entered my card details. Notification said Upwork will get back to me in 1 day. It has been 7 days since I have verified my ID and submitted requried documents. My account is still on hold. I have a pending job as well. Please assist. Thank you!
