Help: Getting An unknown device or browser has been used to access your account

I enabled multi-factor authentication, changed the password recently. I don't get the SMS on my phone (which is my two-factor auth) at the same time I get these emails. The location isn't my place but it is my country. I haven't logged in from any other device other than my computer.  Is it a bug or security loop hole?
