Help Needed with Sending Direct Contract

Hello,

I want to send a direct contract to a client with the possibility to leave a review. I read that I need to find the paper airplane icon first, but I can't see the icon in the upper right corner. Can someone guide me on why I can't see it?

I checked your account, and it looks like you are an exclusive agency member. Exclusive agency members work on Upwork only as part of the agency. This is the most common type of agency relationship. Your profile and proposals are branded with the agency to make the agency’s part in the work relationship clear to clients. We pay out all contract payments to the agency.
