Help re: Non Upwork client testimonial

Hi,

 

I sent a request for endorsement to my non-Upwork client about five days ago, and she said that she had already responded to the Upwork team's email request, but I haven't seen her testimonial in my profile yet.

 

How long does it take them to receive an email from Upwork? 

 

Can anybody help regarding this, please?
