Could you please assist me as soon as possible in processing the funding for the milestone payment? This isn't the first time this issue has occurred, and I'm unsure why it keeps happening. I've been in contact with UpWork team before, and we resolved it. I'm sending the link for the reference, please check it below. I've made regular payments, and this morning, I attempted one more, but I'm encountering issues again. It says the problem is on your end and takes the funds from my card and then sends them back. This is unprofessional and it is very stressful.
Could you please investigate why I'm experiencing difficulties in processing the milestone payment for the video editor?
