I have the same problem. I can't change to free plan. The link to create support ticekt is not working

Hi Ali,

 

It looks like your billing cycle ends on the 10th and resets on the 11th. Please try changing your plan after the 11th and should the issue persist, please let us know.

But it means one more month on premium, am i right?

The portal cost me too much when I compete with many people paying 50 connections for single gig.

WHich is a reason why I want to change to free plan from now.
