Hi Upwork,

I have been away from Upwork for a while now, and I would love to be active here from now but my profile is showing not available. Please I would need help with this. Thank you

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that your profile is showing as not available. I checked your account, and it looks like your submitted documents for verification are being reviewed. Please know that the review process may take 1 to 3 business days. 

 

Additionally, I noticed that your profile photo needs to be updated so that it will be in line with our policy. Kindly note that your profile photo should be a clear, headshot-style photo of you that is cropped from the top of your head, just below your shoulders, and

 

  • you are not wearing sunglasses in the photo;
  • it is not a logo or clip-art;
  • it is not a group photo;
  • the photo was not digitally-altered
