How Do I Ask Upwork Staff A Question?

I have a question for Upwork support personelle. But first a bit of context... It seems I have been getting erronious or uncomplimentary results as it pertains to search algorithms. I'm not an expert in Architecture nor do I have a strong desire to do that kind of work. I prefer to hone my expertise in mechanical and electronic drafting. I often get folks inviting me for work in this field. 

The Question : Am I being algorithmically discriminated against on Upwork? 

How do I take this question to Upwork staff? Create a support ticket?

Could you please try adjusting your feed by running searches, applying filters, using the advanced search option, and saving your search to your feed?
