How Do I Reopen Closed Account

in attempt to close my client account and keep the freelancer side of it, i closed my whole account! and i don't have a clue about how to get it back so please help me, thanks in advance.

PS: I'm using this fake account just to access this chat box.

How do I reach a human in customer support?

 

  1. Please visit Contact Support and click the 'Chat with Upwork' button.

  3. The chatbot will ask you to confirm if you need additional help. If you confirm that you need additional help, you will be asked to confirm the account type you need help with.
  4. From there, the support options available to you will be listed. Select either of the options to be able to contact the Upwork Support Team.

Hello,

I lived in Russia and now I am relocated to Thailand

 

Now I'm getting the message "We're sorry, your account has been locked because we've suspended operations in Russia and Belarus."

The article says that if my location has changed, then I can request an appeal

 

This form doesn't work for me:

I get this automatic message:

I couldn't get help anywhere, so I created a temporary account. I know that there was already a similar request from another user.

Hello, I need to delete my old account in order to use the email address assigned to it. I don't have access to the account and am unable to restore access to it.

Having multiple accounts is not allowed and is a serious violation of the Terms of Service, so you won't be able to use the email associated with that account in a new one. However, we can help you recover access to your original account. Can you please click on my name and send me a private message with the registered email address of that account?

Hi everyone, 

I had signed up for an Upwork account around 3 years ago, and I had posted a few job listings there, 

 

i tried logging in with that email but Upwork doesn't seem to recognise it. Ive tried using gmail and googlemail in the text but still doesnt work.

Yesterday, I submitted the required documents to update my identity verification. My account was restored successfully.

However, today I was shocked to find that my account has been closed. I want to emphasize that I haven't committed any violations or engaged in any illegal activities.

My account says it has been closed whenever I try to log it

Even though I have an account, I can't log in with Google. I tried clearing the cache and in different browsers. I can't even connect to the community with my email to get support. I created a separate e-mail account just to reach the community for messaging. What do you think I should do to log in with the e-mail I use?
