How I get my Upwork Account Back

Hi, I was working in an agency and they have created my upwork account using their domain email id and associated my account with their upwork agency. I have verified that upwork account with my identity cards, video verification, etc. But when I left the organization and asked them to give me my upwork account then they refuse it and changed the credentials of my upwork account.

is there any way to get my upwork account?
