How do I redeem the coaching office hours with my Plus membership?

I have been looking everywhere I could and cannot see where to access this. The only thing I've found is paid coaching events, which I'm assuming are accessible whether I have Plus or not. So where can I find this, and why is it SO hard to track down? This is the primary reason I took the plunge on a Plus membership, as I want to get started strong.
