If you have any issue that you need one on one chat with Upwork customer support for assistance but don't know how to contact them ,This is for you .

Log in to the community.

Tap the three lines icon at the top left of your mobile device.

Select "Support.

"Choose "HELP CENTER" (you'll see the same three lines icon again, tap it once more).

Scroll down and tap "Chat with Upwork.

"You'll be connected to a live chat with Upwork. If immediate assistance isn't available, they'll create a support ticket and continue to help you via email.

I have tried different browers, different devices and once I log into my profile I get the same error message: cannot reach support. Anyone else having had this issue?
