How to close an old ticket

I wrote a support ticket 6 years ago and upwork completely ignored me. Never replied and the ticket is still open to this day. I need to open a new one about something else but the bot keeps referring me to that ticket and doesn't let me create a new one. How can I close that ticket?

When I go to my  tickets this one shows open.

And when I try to create a new from the bot it gives me this message
