How to dispute on an ended contract

I'm trying to find "I do not approve of this request and wish to file a dispute", but I can't find it. We agreed the final amount but the client has paid a lower one.

Thank you for your message. I checked the contract you are referring to and noticed that the Client has released the full amount for the milestone. You accepted the first milestone for $5 and the same was approved by the Client. Feel free to reach out to the Client to discuss this further. In the future, please review the contract terms and ensure the milestones are funded as per the agreement to avoid any confusion.
