How to get "TOP Rated plus" and "Rising Talent" badges

Hi there,

I am working on upwork for 2.5 months. I earned $10k+, obtained 90% JSS, completed 10 jobs, profile is completed 100%. I meet all requirements, but I didn't get "Top Rated" or "Top Rated Plus". Can you help me please. And another question: How can I get "rising talent" badge?

You need to fulfill *ALL* the requirements. The fact that you don't have the top-rated badge means that you do not. For example, it is virtually impossible that you have 13 out of 16 eligible weeks, which is one of the requirements for top-rated, and you never had a single large contract that would qualify you for top-rated plus.

You can't, you already have a JSS. It is only for people who don't have a JS yet.

The Rising Talent badge is automatically added once you meet the criteria listed here. You will be notified once you qualify to let you know.
