How upload Pan Card

Even though I have updated all Tax formalities - Account number and Pan card number in Tax Information section, but I keep getting an alert saying to add Pan Card.

How do I upload Pancard and where to upload the Pancard as the Tax Information section does not have options to upload.

Can anyone help and guide me on this. Thank you 🙂
