I am no longer top rated yet I am eligible for it

Hello,

I was a top rated freelancer with JSS in between 97%-100%. Last week I checked, my JSS was 99% and it still is 99% and I was top rated last week. Today, when I checked my profile, my top rated badge is gone. 

After how long will I once again obtain the top rated badge? My stat also says my top rated eligibility week is 16 of 16. And my JSS is 99% and my 6 months earnings also meets the requirement to obtain a top rated badge.

Hello!

Today I just got an email that you no longer qualify as a top-rated freelancer on Upwork. My top-rated badge is removed. I was top-rated for 3 years, but suddenly my badge have removed today! Can someone look at this matter, what is the issue,?  thank you!
