I am not able to upgrade my plan

Every Time I am getting an error. A recent charge failed. It was working fine now it is giving me this error.

Hi Rajesh,

 

I am sorry to hear about the challenges while upgrading your membership plan. I checked your account and noticed you added Paypal and card as a billing method on your Upwork account.

 

I see that the last charge attempt using the card was declined due to a policy reason. You should contact your bank and ask them about the specific charge decline or use a different card. In the case of Paypal, please retry the transaction using an alternative payment method from your PayPal wallet. Feel free to message us if you need further assistance.
