I am stuck in a login loop

Hello all,

 

I just created an account using Google SSO and completed my profile as a freelancer, but when I wanted to browse jobs or go to the marketplace I got stuck in a loop between two pages: https://www.upwork.com/nx/create-profile/ and https://www.upwork.com/nx/create-profile/welcome. I wiped the cache of my browser (MS Edge) and tried connecting from Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, but the issue remains.

 

I tried circumventing the issue by typing the direct link to the job page and got this error message "Your organization was changed in another window and the current page may no longer work as expected. Please save any ongoing work."

 

Do you know what's going on and how to solve this issue?

Hi,

 

So the issue was on the server side and was resolved by the Customer Support Team.

 

After checking it was not on my side, the CST asked to provide console screenshot and HAR files to diagnoze the issue and solve it from their end.

 

I hope this helps anyone who has an issue similar to mine.

Hi Pradeep,

I'm encountering an issue with the SSO loop. When I enter my email, it informs me that this account uses SSO. After completing the SSO process, it prompts me to use another sign-in method, but there are no other available methods.

I found a way to reset my password through Upwork's password reset page, but I'm still unable to log in because Upwork requires SSO.

I'm unable to access my account to create a ticket, so I had to create a new account to reach out here. I would appreciate your assistance with resolving this issue.

Hello, I just recently signed up for upwork and I’m stuck in a constant loop of creating my profile. I click the "get started" options and go throught the 3 pages the ask if I've freelance led before, my biggest goal, and how I like to work than when I click Next, creat profile the loop starts over again. Any idea on how to fix this issue? Thank you.
