I am trying to Submit My Profile but it says "Something Went Wrong"

Hello team, 
I have Signup as Freelance and trying to submit my profile but it is saying
"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again or contact support. Include a screenshot of this entire page so we can troubleshoot this issue faster." I have filled all my informations but seems some technical issue.
