I can't change my profile boost information

I tried Edge and Chrome. I can't pause, can't stop, can't change the bid amount. I edit my bid amount or try to turn it off to turn it back on and nothing happens. My stats say I'm getting no views, so I'm not sure if it's a bug with my profile or a bug with the boosting system.
