I can't contact support for a week now - please ESCALATE this issue

I have been trying to talk to agents or create a ticket since Friday September 8 - no luck. I am not sure what to do and what is happening. When I try the chat gives me a connection error. Not to mention the fact that the bot says the support is available Mo to Fri but when I write within agents' working hours, the bot says 'the agents will be back soon'. I tried clearing cache, tried different browsers, devices, incognito mode, nothing works.


Today, the new thing is that the bot keeps saying I need to log in - but I am already logged in as you can see in the screenshot. And even when I try logging in as it suggests, it doesn't work and I have to start over.


Please escalate this, I have no way to reach Upwork at the moment.
