I can't find the attachment

my client say that  "The spreadsheet was attached to the offer file in Upwork.  You will need to accept the offer to access the file." but I can't find it what should I do?

I did not find the file as well. Please ask your client to resend it to you. Moving forward, you'll be able to see all the files that you and your client exchanged on the right panel of your chat history on the Message Center.
