I can't log in because I lost my phone аnd I created a new account.

Hello. I am reaching out to you for help.

I have the account Denys Zhukovsky, but I lost access to the Google account **Edited for Community Guidelines** and cannot recover it. Because of this, I cannot log into my account. I created a new one, but I found out that the service does not allow having two accounts for one person. Therefore, I am asking you to either block the previous one or somehow restore access so that I can change access to the account.
