I can't set a milestone when the work descripting is not clear

On the "Submit a proposal" page in the "Term" section you can select "By milestone" and "By project" but the client description is not clear at all. I can't set a milestone with just this amount of information. I can't find a way to contact the client to clarify the requirement. What should I do? Should I just accept it as a project and talk to the client later?
