I cant file a support ticket

I have issues with my account and I need to talk to a real customer support but I dont know how. Is there anyway I can reach the customer support team?

I’m sorry to learn that you are having issues with your Upwork account. To access our support services, it would be best to follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to the Help Center’s navigation bar and select the “Contact Support” option.
  2. Choose the “Chat with Upwork” option to initiate a conversation with our chatbot.
  3. Type in a question or topic and click “Send.” The chatbot will provide relevant articles related to your question.
We strongly encourage everyone to engage with the chatbot to access the available support options. Asking for assistance directly may not provide sufficient information for the chatbot to be able to assist you appropriately - for example, creating a ticket for you with the right team according to your concern. You can also share your concern here so that one of our Moderators can assist you here or request our support team to reach out to you via support ticket.

The chatbot doesn't do anything and we are just in a loop. I need an actual
person to help me figure it out. Is there any way somebody can help me with
my inquiry?

And what do other people who want to talk to support do? Why are you not allowing for anyone to simply file a new ticket with support when they can't find a solution to their problem? I'm having the same issue and have been stuck with this problem trying to navigate a solution for days! and the chatbot is stuck in an unhelpful and very frustratring loop!

Thank you Pradeep. 

I replied via email as well. 

I've been creating a direct contract for a client and they are not getting the email from Upwork. I've done everything suggested by the chatbot and nothing works (I created a new one, they checked their spam folder and added to safe addresses, etc.) 
There is no option to cancel a contract or resend the email on the platform. I'd appreciate your help with this. Thank you.

Though I must say that this is a very frustrating and uncofortable way to open a support ticket.

If there isn't a better way, I hope there will be soon.
