I have been working online for 15 years and have never seen such an absurd support as upwork. To talk to a person is impossible. I mistakenly PAID for the $29.99 premium add-on talent scouting service twice. I was wrong. I didn't want that service. It is impossible to communicate this problem to anyone. I'm trying to request a refund by all means. But I don't know who to write to. Should I post on a forum? Requesting a refund on this issue is impossible, with no option to speak to anyone.
