My issue has been escalated three times, but I am dead in the water as a client. I'm not sure why Up Work support has left me hanging, but it was kind of insulting to get the "Congratulations for being a great customer" or whatever email. I'm tired of calling support. I'm dozens of hours into discussions, and hearing that they will "escalate the problem" agian would just make me laugh.
Anyone else having similar issues? When I got to open a contract to create a new milestone or pay my contractor, it just said "Errorloading page."
I'm posting here because I'm sick and tired of being given the run-around. Please fix my issue and stop talking about it.
