I lost my Top Rated Plus badge after I left an exclusive membership with an agency.

Hello guys, 

Unfortunately I am losing my business because I lost my Top Rated Plus badge. I was an exlusive member of an agency and I left from there. But it also removed my badges. I contacted to support and they said, I do have other upwork contracts eligible and must get the badge back in 24-48 hours. But the badges are still not there.

It is saying, "No account holds in the last 90 days" is not cleared. I never had any hold on my account. Can someone please guide me to follow a correct way for getting the badges back?

Yes, I was talking to them. Suddenly they closed it again before I could send them a reply. I have done the verification they asked again and I want them to review it further and solve the issue.
