I need to get my preferred account working again!

I had to create this account, just to get in and try to find a way to fix my other account that I want to use!?!? I cannot find a way to submit a support ticket for the life of me. Everything points me to support.upwork.com and I only get 3 options (Chat, Community, Academy). Chat is absolutely useless and probably the worst chatbot I've ever used. I cannot find a way to submit a ticket, even though I'm reading articles that say there should be a button for that. How do I submit a support ticket?
