I paid the money and contract did not start

I hired a freelancer paid the money then an error occurred , my contracted was not created but the money was deducted from my card !!! I cant refund or do anything I NEED TO CONTACT SUPPORT ASAP

I have checked your account and it looks like the payment has been refunded back to your account. You can confirm the transaction by going to Reports> Transaction history.
