I wear a veil, how do I upload my profile picture with it on?

I wear a veil so i didn't upload my picture on my profile, instead used a cartoon. Now that i know there is no way around it and i have to put my real picture, I'm trying to change the picture and i cant. I have sent upwork my verification request already with my ID and real picture. I'm scared of they will suspend me?

I need help As a Muslim female, I follow the Islamic practice of wearing a veil and am not permitted to share my image without it.

Understanding that profile pictures are important on the platform, I want  permission to use either my image with a veil or an icon that reflects my professional identity instead of a traditional profile picture.

I faced an issue due to covering my face which resulted in my account being suspended. As my freelance careers matters alot to me i had no choice but to  chnage the pic. Although my ID has now been verified after changing the pic and suspension has been removed .But I would really appreciate if the expemtion was applied to my account and i can upload a pic with my face covered.
