Idea for Easier Retirement Savings on Upwork

Hope you're all doing well! I've been thinking about something that affects many of us here on Upwork and wanted to see what you think.

When it comes to saving for retirement as a freelancer, it's not always as straightforward as in a regular job. I've noticed—and maybe you have too—that it's not super common for freelancers to actively save for retirement, or at least they are not saving as much as they should. It's not that we don't want to; it's just not that effortless to set up and manage, right?

So, here's a thought: What if Upwork could make this whole retirement-saving thing easier for us? Imagine having a way to sign up for 401(k)-type plans right here on Upwork. No complicated setups, just a simple option to start putting a bit away for the future, maybe right from our earnings on the platform. I'd imagine companies providing pension funds would be willing to pay to have their funds be included as an option. 

I don't know how to make money on the idea. I just think it could be a cool feature that makes life a bit easier for freelancers. It's all about having the option to save for retirement in a hassle-free way.

What do you guys think? Have you already thought about this and turned the idea down for some reason? Would you use a feature like this on Upwork? Do you think it would help you with saving for the future?

Would love to hear your thoughts and any ideas you might have on this.
