there is no menu item for verification by ID when I follow the link there is no such page either ... what is the problem please help me to pass verification. thanks

Hi Roman,
If you are eligible or required to receive an “Identity Verified” badge, you can complete the two stages by going to Identity Verification in your Settings.
You may be asked to complete a visual verification and provide a valid government-issued ID. Acceptable documents include passport, national ID card (NIC/CNIC), driver's license, NBI Clearance (Philippines only), tax ID, voter ID, postal ID, or any other valid government-issued photo ID that meets these criteria.
Note that we occasionally ask users to re-verify because periodic checks ensure their accounts continue to reflect accurate information. Our goal is to make this process as seamless as possible and we thank you for your contribution to keeping Upwork a professional and safe community.
If you don't see a way to verify, that may be because you're not eligible yet. Please know that verification cannot be requested, but is slowly being rolled out to all talent. If the team finds the need to verify your account, you will be notified through an email, or through a notification in your account.

Yes I understand but unverified account status affected my proposals..clients can not trust profile that is without a badge

hello, guys how are you?
actully I don't use Upwork much, but recently I used Upwork to get paid by direct contract from Germany everything was working fine I created a contract and E-mailed it to the client he accepted my contract and payment request, but suddenly when payment was ready to withdraw, the error appeared at the top (Action required: Your account has been restricted until you complete Identity Verification.) I have already completed the two-step verification process and have been waiting for a response from Upwork since Saturday but still no response.
Is there a way to get paid faster or return the payment to my client so I can use another method?

I have a Work Authorization Card, which permits me to work in the USA. I tried to upload the card to verify my ID but it did not work. I do not yet have the other forms of ID that they asked for. What can I do to verify my ID?
