0) I happen to be doing this from a MacBook Air M1 but I’ve had the same “dead end” experience from every device and multiple browsers;
1) Log in;
2) Go to Account Settings (from menu at right);
3) Click on User Settings/Identity Verification;
4) Click on “Start Now” (button);
5) In “Choose how to continue on a mobile device” follow any path (be that the QR Code or the SMS message route). For the purposes here we’ll use the SMS route;
6) On a mobile phone (in my case an current/patched iPhone 11) that receives the SMS message, click to texted URL.
The URL just launches Safari and takes the iPhone to the page from Step 5. Round and round you go. There is no option to continue forward. Only “Go Back” (which doesn’t solve any problem).
Ideas?
