Hi. I am stuck in some kind of loop. I have received several requests to verify my identity yesterday and today. I keep using my phone to take a picture of the front and back of my drivers license and then do a quick selfie. It always says "thanks for your submission" and then it says it's undergoing a manual review. A few hours later I get another request to do it all over again.
I think I've subitted it 5 or 6 times. Should I be doing something different? Am I doing something wrong? Can you help?

I am sorry to hear about the issue you encountered when trying to complete the ID verification process. In some cases, if you try to submit a document from the list and we can't automatically verify your submission, it will undergo a manual review process. If this happens, please allow 1-3 days for the team to finish their review.
If you do not have any documents from the list, you can submit a different government-issued ID, ensuring it's unexpired and valid. You may need to try multiple times and this will also trigger a manual review process. Please avoid cropping, altering, or uploading a screenshot of your ID card. Acceptable documents include a passport, national ID card (NIC/CNIC), driver's license, NBI Clearance (Philippines only), tax ID, voter ID, postal ID, or any other valid government-issued photo ID that meets these criteria.

Hi there, I was trying to buy connects from my debit card but unfortunately my bank was making issue, So I try to buy the connects through my Friends card. Immediatley, after adding his card my services went on hold. They are asking for his I.D verification now. I removed his card but still they are asking for his I.D verification. If you can help me then please tell me how to resolve this issue as I can make my I.D verification but not my friends verification

Good afternoon!
I can't get through identity verification. I am Ukrainian, now I live in Germany. In my profile I indicated Germany as my country. My visa has expired, but now in Germany there is a law that all Ukrainians have their visa extended automatically. I have a letter from the district administration stating that my visa has been automatically extended until 03/04/2025. But the passport has an expired date (the Germans do not change the date on the visa for Ukrainians) How can I get verified?

I am having issue with my ID verification. I am new to upwork so i didn't know about it much.
I added my brother's Card for billing and payment (With his permission) to buy connects. But then i got the notification for the ID verification so when i went there his name was showing.
I deleted his payment details and tried again but still his name is showing.
The current name i am seeing is "Asad Khan". But my name is "Roma Noor".
Kindly help with this issue so i can verify my ID and add my own payment method.

Like so many other people I have problems with the Identify verfication. The app does not seem to be able to take pictures of my passport and the send message function is also not working. Spent 1 hour trying to chat with the support bot. All this is really annoying.

There is no direct way to contact their support no email, cant send support request all they provide is chat and that is not helpful at all, I did video verification two weeks ago and my account is still not verified yet

I tried verifying my identity about 5 times now. I used both my drivers license and Philippine passport for the govt IDs needed, and my selfie was approved. I already got 2 green checks for those requirements, and got a yellow exclamation point for "Submit for identity review." But now there are 3 yellow exclamation points for all (check photo), and I'm not given a next step to fix whatever's needed. I haven't received any email too. Help please!!!
