Identity Verification is under Manual Review

Hi. I am stuck in some kind of loop. I have received several requests to verify my identity yesterday and today. I keep using my phone to take a picture of the front and back of my drivers license and then do a quick selfie. It always says "thanks for your submission" and then it says it's undergoing a manual review. A few hours later I get another request to do it all over again. 


I think I've subitted it 5 or 6 times. Should I be doing something different? Am I doing something wrong? Can you help?

Hello Adrian,

 

I am sorry to hear about the issue you encountered when trying to complete the ID verification process. In some cases, if you try to submit a document from the list and we can't automatically verify your submission, it will undergo a manual review process. If this happens, please allow 1-3 days for the team to finish their review. 

 

If you do not have any documents from the list, you can submit a different government-issued ID, ensuring it's unexpired and valid. You may need to try multiple times and this will also trigger a manual review process. Please avoid cropping, altering, or uploading a screenshot of your ID card. Acceptable documents include a passport, national ID card (NIC/CNIC), driver's license, NBI Clearance (Philippines only), tax ID, voter ID, postal ID, or any other valid government-issued photo ID that meets these criteria.

I've been having the same issue this entire week. I've uploaded my only government ID available four or five times and it keeps getting rejected. Would you be able to help me?

Hi! I am also encountering issues with my manual verification. I also uploaded all of my IDs that I can use that were'nt expired or no expiration but still not get verified. I hope you can also check on this matter. Thanks!

Hi, 

I have submitted my ID twice in the verification process and after accepting the ID it reads as manual review and check for email. But I have not received any acceptance email in this regard. Kindly check and guide me how to proceed. I cannot apply for any project or job in the mean time. Kindly help.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I'm trying to submit my driver's license. It's constantly saying everything is under manual review. Which is fine, but I can't submit any proposals in the meantime! There are several jobs that I have missed out on because of this. What is the solution?

I am sorry to hear about your issue due to your ID verification requirements. Please allow 1-3 days for the team to finish their review; you'll be notified if there's anything else you need to do. Once your documents have been approved, you will then be able to start submitting a proposal.

I have the same problem.. my account says thats its under manual review and when i press continue it keeps asking about the documents i already uploaded. And i can't acces anything now from the app.. need help asap
