It has been more than 48 hours since I did the identity verification process using the Government ID card option. I have not received any response concerning the status of it. Also, I submitted photos of my ID but when I opened the identity verification part on my account settings, below is the image its showing. Kindly assist in resolving this as I have a contract offer I have awaiting me to start on it. I have tried reaching support via email but I have not received any feedback yet, also the live chat support chatbot is not providing any assistance on this as it does not have the option of raising a ticket.

Now it's showing me I upload my ID, when I try uplaoding MY ID it saying cannot recognized the document. Kindly assist in resolving this as I have a contract offer I have awaiting me to start on it. I have been asking the chat bot for days to help raise a ticket but it seemed we are not speaking the same language as in , that wasn't helpful. Here no moderator is responding to my issue. I feel very lost. My 7 days period are almost over and I have not been successful in verifying my account. The ID is not accepting.

Thank you Ivy. My Issue is ID verification. I got an email to verify my account. I verifiied my account both the ID and the automatic selfie. A day later the process returned me to the ID verification stage. I have tried the ID process for a whole day but it indicating cannot recognize the document. I help with this could be helpful. On the issue of the chat bot, when you descreibe your problem its responding that your account is suspended yet the account is not suspended.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the recent suspension of my Upwork account that I think might be due to verification issues. My account was suspended following a request for additional verification, specifically a picture of my CNIC, after the initial live scan could not be processed.
Unfortunately, I did not receive any email notification regarding the suspension, which led to a delay in addressing the issue promptly. Upon discovering the suspension, I took immediate action and successfully resubmitted my identity verification using a government-issued ID that was scanned live.
Having just begun securing work through Upwork, the suspension has posed a significant inconvenience. I kindly request the reactivation of my account so that I may continue to build on the positive momentum I have started.
I still see the banner of identity verification on my profile and beneath it i see a blue tick which shows my account is verified.
Please let me know if there are any additional steps or information required from my end to facilitate the reactivation process.
I have just landed my first cotract and about to take off my freelancing growth but I have delved into this obstacle.

I've been trying to verify my ID, I submitted several times my ID and driver's license and this message always appears: "

It always says that you've started a manual review but you never approve it, I don't know why, and then it asks again to submit those documents which I have already done more than 10 times. The chatbot doesn't help in anything and I don't know how to contact the Upwork team. Also, I've never received any email from you about this subject.
