Inability to fill in tax information

Hi I am very new to the website and am currently interested to work through upwork, however I am unable to fill in the W-8BEN form because in my country we do not have individual income tax, only corporation. I am working only for and by myself so I have trouble with filling in the form. Please let me know what I should do.

I have tried but I don't think they gave me a solution to it. All they said was to fill in the form but it still didn't answer my problem. They made my post into a support ticket so I hope it will be resolved soon!
