Instant Pay Did Not Work

Tried to get support but no one has answered for 3+ hours. Instant Pay went thru 12+ hours ago but there's nothing in my bank. Yes, I have Instant Pay set up. Yes, I checked and that's how the payment was processed. Yes, the account is set up with Upwork. Upwork receives a substantial percentage of my earnings and I pay you to withdraw my own funds "instantly" - I would like support for my issue.
