Hello,
Over the last week or so, I've been receiving job invites that have not been appearing in my Notifications.
I rely on my Upwork dashboard for all communication, invites, etc. and check my Notificiations and Proposals at least once every day.
The first invite came through 5 days after it was originally sent, and did not show up in my Notifications at all. It only appeared in my Proposals page for the first time on Monday morning, and had not shown up at all on there previously either.
The second incident happend this morning, when I noticed that a job invite had come through on my Notifications page at 6:41am, yet showed up as having been sent 2 days ago on my Proposals page. I checked my email account, and the message is dated at 6:41am on there too.
I rely on my Upwork dashboard every day, as and always try to respond to job invites within 24 hours. However, my communication stats have dropped as a result of this issue, and I may have lost important work opportunities as a result - both through no fault of my own.
I have screenshots of everything, and can provide them upon request.
I'd like to know if anyone has been experiencing these issues, what the problem is, and if anything will be done about it.
