Invited colleague cannot log in to Upwork

The users whom I invited into Client Upwork profile, are unable to register: they receive an error "Too many redirects" (see screenshot), or "unable to retrieve organization information" if trying to login via mobile app.

So far, we've tried this:
- clear the cookies in a browser

- use incognito window

- use other browsers - Chrome, Safari, Firefox.

- try to register / login via Upwork mobile app, or from Chrome / Safari on a mobile phone. 

 

All of the above tries were unsuccessful. Please advise how to proceed with adding my co-workers to our company's Client profile on Upwork.
