Since joining in February 2022, I have never received an order. Never even got an invitation for an interview.
Does this have something to do with my account not being verified?
Can the Client place orders to accounts that have not been verified?

Thank you for reaching out and welcome to Upwork! Are you referring to the ID Verification Badge? We’ll let you know when it’s time for you to earn the “Identity Verified” badge by sending an email and showing you a notification when you log into your Upwork account.
With that being said, you can submit proposals and accept offers/contracts from clients even without an “Identity Verified badge”. Please note that after being notified, you will have 7 days to complete the process.

Hopefully, I will get soon the order even without the Identity Verified badge.
There are any documents that I must prepare for the verification process?
It is better to prepare it right now before the verification notification email comes.
